We want every Luke Zion Jewelry order to arrive quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the terms below before placing your order.

Order Confirmation & Processing

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM PST), excluding weekends and holidays.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

• We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

• U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

• Canada and U.K. orders ship with UPS, and tracking is always provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For international orders (Canada & U.K.), customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid upfront at checkout. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted and may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Shipping Delays

• Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers. External factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume may cause delays outside our control.

• We will always do our best to keep you updated if any unexpected delays occur.
