We value every customer and want you to shop with confidence. While we stand by the quality of our jewelry, returns are accepted only under the conditions below. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and that the shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier confirmation).

• Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Free of any damage

• Proof of purchase (order number) must be included.

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order once your return is refunded.

How to Start a Return

• To begin a return, please email info@lukezionjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We will provide you with the full details and instructions on how to return your item.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

• All returned items are carefully inspected.

• Returns showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage will be refused and returned to the customer.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update by email.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

• The shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.

• Items not meeting our return requirements will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

• To request a cancellation before shipment, please email info@lukezionjewelry.com as soon as possible.

International Returns

• International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

• Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages.
